17 years of Engineering & Project Management experience, in Oil and Gas Field; The experience have developed a wide range of skills and expertise with a strong emphasis on multidiscipline        Projects Management covers all project phases from project initiation detailed feasibility, planning, all the way through to conceptual design, basic design (FEED), bidding stage, Technical & Commercial Evaluations; detailed engineering (DED), and technical support on procurement, construction, commissioning in the Upstream Oil and Gas Production facilities and start-up the Commercial production’ up to project ‘close out’.

The Project Management experience encompasses managing complex projects (Greenfield and brown-field) from the conceptual stages through planning, engineering, procurement, construction supervision, and project close-out.

The Engineering Management experience encompasses developing project scope, specs, Front End Engineering & Design (FEED), applying value engineering, preparing tenders, performing bid evaluation, contracts negotiation, multidiscipline design reviews & interface coordination, developing detail design, reviewing claims, factory testing, and developing engineering standards and procedures.

Plans, manages, coordinates and monitors overall activities of Engineering from Feed through EPC phase. Responsible for planning and establishing organizational structure, engineering procedures, engineering standards, methods, and services to fulfill the wide variety of technical and engineering support associated to Project targets and objectives.

Review project technical submissions to ensure compliance with the statement of requirements/applicable national/international engineering standards and Identify exceptions.

Manage, coordinate and provide technical support to the design team ensuring safe and successful completion of project related engineering activities according to specification, budget, schedule, quality, standard codes and Company procedures and practices. Facilitating progress meetings and reporting etc.

At Proposal Management; Involved deeply in the preparation of techno- commercial bids for various projects, includes pricing strategy as well as finalizing bidding strategies. Prepare abid preparation schedule for submission of bids; identify people responsible for various activities within predetermined timelines and a common understanding of the scope.

Plan, co-ordinate and manage the design, procurement, of assigned projects, taking a leadership role in the preparation of proposals “technical and commercial proposals” for national and international projects.

Developing feasibility, tenders technical and pricing strategies and execution strategies. Managing the development of budgets and schedules, controlling performance, reporting progress, and taking actions to assure project objectives and schedules are met and work is performed within budget and according to scope, quality & safety standards.

(EPCC) for Phase III Fula North East Field Production Facilities (FNE FPF) Project:

Assigned as the Project Engineering Manager;; Project Management Team Leader; the Project is to contribute the production to achieve the rate of 10,000 BOPD Heavy Crude Oil with 65% water cut to sustain the company production of 40,000 BOPD; the design capacity for FNE FPF is 20,000 BOPD with maximum water cut 75%. (2009-2010).

(PCC) for Phase III Field Surface Facilities (FSF) and Transit Lines for Keyi, Jake and Fula North East Oil Fields:

Assigned as the Project Engineering Manager;; Project Management Team Leader; the Project is to tie-in 38 oil wells, 4 Water Wells and 5 Oil Gathering Manifolds (OGM) including flow lines, trunk lines and in addition to 25 KM Oil Transit line plus 25 KM Gas Transit line in Keyi Oil Field. Tie-in of 18 oil wells, 4 Water Wells, 4 Gas Injection wells and 2 Oil Gathering Manifolds (OGM)including Flow Lines , trunk lines and in addition to 30 KM Oil Transit line plus 30 KM Gas Transit line in Jake Oil Field. Tie-in of 50 oil wells and 5 Oil Gathering Manifold (OGM) including flow lines, trunk lines and in addition to 10 KM Oil Transit Line plus 10 KM Gas Transit Line. (2009-2010).

(FEED) for Phase III Upstream Surface Facilities Projects: 

Assigned as the Project Engineering Manager;; Project Management Team Leader; the Project is the Basic Design for Phase III Upstream Surface Facilities   Projects which consist of Keyi Field Production Facility (Keyi FPF) with Design Capacity 15,000 BOPD Light Crude Oil and water cut 66.7%, Jake Field Production Facility (Jake FPF) with Design Capacity 15,00 BOPD Light Crude Oil and water cut 73.7%, Fula Central Production Facility (CPF)Debottlenecking  and Expansion which include      increasing   the Design Capacity of processing the Heavy Crude oil system to 50,000 BOPD,  the Design Capacity of processing  the  Light Crude Oil system to  30,000  BOPD and increasing the storage capacity by adding 2 storage tanks; each design capacity 50,000 M³, Fula North East Field Production Facility (FNE FPF) with Design Capacity 20,000 BOPD Heavy Crude Oil and Water Cut 75 %, Jake, Keyi & Fula North East Fields Surface Facilities (FSF) & Transit lines, Power Supply system design for OHTL 33KVA to connect all the fields through the CPF Power plant and Power Plant Expansion by designing to add 2 Gas Gensets each capacity    6 MW. (2008 2009).

(PCC) for Field Surface Facilities (FSF) for Fula & Moga Fields infill wells:

Assigned    as the Project Engineering Manager; Project Management Team Leader; the project is to

tie-in 58 wells and construction of 6 Oil Gathering Manifolds (OGM) and related    flowline/trunk line and power supply system. (2007-2010).

(EPCC) for Natural Gas Gathering and Distribution Manifold (GGDM)at FN-4:

 Assigned as the Project Engineering Manager; Project Management Team Leader; the project according  to the company development plan, some of oil and gas producers with multi-reservoirs in Block FN4 has been shifted to produce light oil, gas and heavy crude separately with time; and the method of gas lift has been considered as artificial lifting for some light oil wells   production      once those wells stopped natural flow, a combined surface facilities with light crude manifold (LOGM), heavy crude manifold HOGM) and high pressure natural gas gathering and distribution manifold (GGDM) has been schemed and constructed. The project started with gas wells FN-21 and FN-27, flowline has been tied-in with gas header line at FN-4 and further gone  to CPF In order to meet gas supply stability for Fula power plant, and distributed gas flow line to FN-81 & FN-66. (2006-2008).

EPCC) for Supplying Power for Baleela Base Camp and the New Airport from CPF Power Plant:

 Assigned as Assigned the Project Engineering Manager; Project Management Team Leader; the Project has been     divided  into  two Phases; Phase I, About 9.1km 11kV Overhead transmission Line has been constructed, which has been connected in the existing Pole no. 253 near F-3 well, the existing  overhead transmission line which the power supply was from the existing 11kV Switchgear located at FULA CPF Power Plant and the new transmission line ended at new BBC substation including installation of one set 1250kVA 11kV/415V transformer and one set MDB has been constructed. Phase II, about

4.6 km 11kV overhead transmission    line has   been constructed, which tapped from phase I main line to the new airport including distribution Transformer installed on the pole. (2008).

Crude Visbreaking Plant First Year Overhauling Maintenance:

 Assigned as Task Force Team Leader for conducting Viscosity Breaker Plant first year overhauling maintenance for two train with total visbroken oil production of 16000 BOPD, each train include; 3-Stage De-salt & Decalcification Package,Heat Exchangers, Furnace, Reaction Column (Socker), Fractionating Column and the Utilities system shared by two trains including Utility recycle Water system, Chemical Injection Package (2008).

(EPCC) for Associated Gas Recovery (AGR):

 Assigned as a Lead Mechanical Engineer (PMT); the project is to install 2 compressors in Fula CPF with capacity 3.5 MMSCFD, 2 compressors in Moga FPF with capacity1.75 MMSCFD, 18 KM 8” Gas pipe line from Fula to Moga with capacity up to 7 MMSCFD, Gas Injection Manifolds and 2” Gas Injection Flow lines with capacity up to 3.5 MMSCFD. (2008-2009).

(EPCC) for Phase III Jake Field Production Facility(JAKE FPF):

 Assigned    as a Lead Mechanical Engineer (PMT); the project is to contribute the production with 10,000 BOPD   Light    Crude Oil to achieve the Phase III Company Target Production of 60,000 BOPD, the Design Capacity of Jake FPF is 15,000 BOPD with water cut 73.7%. (2009 2010).

(EPCC) for Phase III Keyi Field Production Facility (KEYI FPF):

 Assigned as a Lead Mechanical Engineer (PMT); the project is to contribute the production with 10,000 BOPD Light Crude Oil to achieve the Phase III Company Target Production of 60,000 BOPD, the Design Capacity  of Jake FPF is 15,000 BOPD with water cut 66.7%. (2009 -2010).

(PCC) for Phase III Fula CPF De-bottlenecking and Expansion:

 Assigned as a Lead Mechanical Engineer (PMT); the project execution to increase the processing facilities of Heavy    Crude to 50,000 BOPD and the processing facilities of Light Crude to 30,000 BOPD. (2009 2010).

(EPCC) for Phase III Fula CPF Tank Expansion:

Assigned as a Lead Mechanical Engineer    (PMT); the project is to execute the construction and installation of 2 storage tanks with each capacity of 50,000 M³. (2009-2010).

(EPCC) for Phase III Fula CPF Power Plant Expansion:

Assigned as Lead Mechanical Engineer (PMT); the project is to execute the construction and installation of 2 WARTSILA Gas Fire Power Plant 6.035 MW. (2009 – 2010).

(EPCC) for Phase III Power Supply system:

 Assigned as Lead Mechanical Engineer (PMT); the project is to execute the power supply system which is consist of 11/33 KV transformer substation in Fula CPF, 33/11 KV transformer substation in Moga FPF, Double Circuit 33 KV Overhead line 18 KM from Fula CPF To Moga FPF, 25 KM from Fula CPF to Keyi FPF, 30 KM from Moga FPF to Jake FPF and 11 KV Overhead Line 10 KM from Fula CPF to FNE FPF. (2009 – 2010).

(B +   EPCC)   for   Fula   CPF   Crude Storage Expansion & Associated Facility Upgrading:

 Assigned as a Lead Mechanical Engineer  (PMT); the project is to execute the construction and installation of 3 new shipping tanks with each 20,000 M³ capacity which is same size as existing shipping tank. (TK-1501/TK-1502), 3 Feed Pumps to PS#1 with each capacity 60,000 BOPD and 2 pumps with each 2000 BOPD for oil circulation, The third train flow meter with capacity 60,000 BOPD upon existing metering skid, Power supply system for pumps, Fire fighting facility for new added facility and Wash water tank which is same size as existing fire water tank for vis-breaking plant 1800 M³. (2006 -2007).

(EPCC + O&M) for Phase II Crude Visbreaking Plant:

 Assign as the Project Deputy Engineering Manager Deputy Team Leader (PMT); the project have 2 trains of facilities with each design capacity 8,000BOPD has been installed at the plant, which include crude desalting & decalcification section and crude Vis-breaking section. The detail Scope of Work for each train include; 3-Stage Desalt & Decalcification Package, Heat Exchangers, Furnace, Reaction Column (Socker), Fractionating Column and the Utilities system shared by two trains including Utility recycle Water system, Chemical Injection Package and MCC Substation and the common control system. (2005-2007).

(EPCC) for Moga Field Production Facilities (Moga FPF) and Transit Line :

 Assigned as a Mechanical Engineer (PMT); the project is to execute Moga FPF with total capacity of 12,000 BOPD; the processing facilities for Heavy Crude Oil with capacity of 10,000 BOPD, Light Crude Oil with capacity of 2,000 BOPD, 18 KM of Transit line 10” from Moga FPF to Fula CPF and installation of Gas Fired Power Plant 4 units 0.5 MW each as a free issue. (2005 – 2006).

(E+PCC) for Phase II Fula CPF Debottlenecking Project:

 Assigned as a Mechanical Engineer (PMT); the project is to execute the processing facilities of Heavy Crude Oil capacity to 30,000 BOPD and Light Crude Oil capacity to 10,000 BOPD, the scope including construction of Shipping Tank with capacity of 20,000 M³, upgrading the inlet Manifold, installation of 1 Thermal Oil Heater (Crude/visbroken Oil Exchanger with capacity of 6.1 MW; as a free issue),3 Feed Pumps, Metering system and Gas Treatment Package (2005 – 2006).

(PCC) for Phase II Field Surface Facilities (FSF) for Fula & Moga Fields:

Assigned as a Mechanical Engineer (PMT); the Project is to tie-in 28 Heavy Oil Wells; 4 Light Oil Wells and construction of 6 OGMs in Fula Field and 11 Heavy Oil Wells; 8 Light Oil Wells and Construction of 2 OGMS in Moga Field. (2005 –2007).

(E+PCC) for Phase II Fula Gas Fired Power Plant Installation and Associated Facilities:

 Assigned as the Project Deputy Engineering Manager Team Leader (PMT); the project is to execute the installation of 4 Gas Generator brand Rolls Royce with capacity 4.08 MW each(free issue) with related electrical system. (2005-2006).

(EPCC) for Phase II Moga Field Production Facility (Moga FPF):

Assigned as a Mechanical Engineer (PMT); the project is to execute the Moga Field Production Facility with capacity of 10,000 BOPD plus construction of 18 KM form Moga FPF to Fula CPF. (2005 -2006).

(FEED) for Phase II Upstream Facilities Project:

 Assigned as a Mechanical Engineer (PMT); the Project is the Basic Design for Phase II to achieve the company production  target of 40,000 BOPD including Fula CPF Debottlenecking, Moga Field  Production  Facility   (Moga FPF) and Transit Line, Crude Visbreaking Plant,  Gas Fired Power  Plant and Fula & Moga Fields Surface Facilities.(2004

– 2005).

(EPCC) for Fula Field Development Project (FDP) Phase I:

 As Mechanical Engineer; the Project is to execute the Fula Field Processing Facilities (CPF), evaporation pond, Electrical power supply lines from CPF to wellheads, Water well site facilities and water transit lines, installation of 3 Diesel Generators Wartsella 2.1 MW each (free Issue). (2003 – 2004)

Procurement Construction & Commissioning (PCC) for Phase I Field Surface Facilities (FSF) for Fula Field:

 Assigned As Mechanical Engineer; the project is to tie-in 20 produce Heavy Crude Oil wells. (2003-2005).

(FEED) for Fula Field Development Project; Phase I:

As an Engineer; the project is the basic Design for phase I which include Fula Central Processing Facilities (CPF) with capacity of 30,000 BOPD Heavy crude Oil, the power generation system including supplying power to the well site and the tie-in mode for 20 Heavy Crude Oil Wells. (2002 – 2003).

Technical Support for GS & Procurement Dept,:

Assigned As a Technical Support for handling related Maintenance works under administration/General Service Dept, including preparation of tendering scope of work, bidding evaluation and finalizing Maintenance contracts, and Supporting Purchasing/ Procurement Dept, for the specification of the material requisition for related Spare Parts as inquires and Technical & Commercial evaluation for submitted quotations. (2002 – 2004).

• 2001 to 2002 General Service Workshop:

Assigned as System Administrator to follow the maintenance contracts with the clients such as CNPCIS, GNPOC; including the preparation of the internal weekly reports and clients monthly reports with the claiming invoices.

• 2000 to 2001 Hormolab for Manufacturing of Medical & laboratory Reagents:

Assigned as a Project Engineer in the starting of the Manufacturer Equipment installation beside working as Sales/Business Coordinator and handling the responsibility of various administration issue with related Authorities.
